Your character has a few emotional problems. There's a small chance that at any given time they'll stop whatever they're doing and go into their stunned animation loop. They can be snapped out of this immediately by re-issuing commands to them, but it means that characters with this trait take a bit of extra watching, particularly if you've told your entire team to cross a few city blocks together.
