Characters with this attribute feel the pain and anguish of those around them. Any character taking damage nearby will transmit a third of their damage to this character (and display a telepathic broadcast effect).

Additionally, being in the close presence of a character who is stunned, blanked, hypnotised, enraged or panicked may transmit the state to the empath for a brief period.
