You can turn into a human whirlwind, simply by choosing the SPIN command on yourself or your portrait. The spinning state will typically last for about 10 seconds, during which time you repel anything or anyone that isn't bolted down nearby, and can move at much greater speed than normal.
Whilst spinning, the character cannot stay still, and will dart around randomly if they try to.
