Magnetise

Buy as: Hex, Power Null, Stun or other offensive attack types
Intensity effect: Duration of magnetised state

Effect: Magnetised characters will display small electrical sparks around them. Any metal objects (either props or other characters) will be pulled towards them periodically, forcefully enough to do them damage if they get close enough.
Repeated magnetisation will prolong the duration of the state.
