Intensity effect: Force of the pull

Effect: Magnetic Pull will pull metal targets towards the user (landing at their feet if close enough). It has no effect on non-metallic targets.

Update: This swap will also work on characters who have ‘metal’, ‘adamantium’ or ‘super_alloy’ in their m25ai file subtypes.
