Static Cage

Buy as: Hex, Power Null, Stun or other offensive attack types.
Intensity effect: Duration of the static cage (and hence total damage).

Effect: If a static cage attack succeeds, the target gets encircled by electrified rings that stop them from moving (but not attacking). AI's will 50/50 either attack the firecage or cower inside it. The target inside a fire cage takes a small amount of electrical damage.
