Buy as: Hex, Power Null, Stun or other offensive attack types
Intensity effect: Duration of weakened state

Effect: Characters who are overcome by a weken attack will do about 1/3 normal damage with all attacks while it lasts. The state is indicated by a red light spiralling around their feet.
