7-Zip
A .7z file is a compressed archive, like the older Zip format, but it reduces file size further (for FFX, it tends to be between 30 and 40% smaller). You will need one of the numerous 7-Zip-compatible archive apps, such as 7-Zip File Manager or IZArc. Both are free.
